Day One: Self-Inquiry Questions

  • Do I generally feel safe in my body?

  • Do I feel safe now to allow myself to fully feel all that which I am presently feeling?

  • If so, how do I know I feel safe? Where and how do I feel this sense of safety?

  • If not, what can I do or adjust to feel a deeper sense of safety? (this may be as simple as to shut a curtain, lock the door, choose a more private location, a better time to practice or to reach out for support instead of practicing alone)
