In this short course, I'll take you on a journey to discover the wisdom of your body and how to tap into more joy and flow. You'll learn a specific embodied movement practice that will allow you to slow down and feel the truth within your body so you can actually fully let go of the stored tension that is not supporting you or your life.

The answers are truly always within and this is the practical way to actually be able to discover your own answers and finally feel your joy and aliveness again.

What exactly is The J.O.Y.F.U.L Movement Method?

The J.O.Y.F.U.L Movement Method is based on the knowledge and wisdom that is already inherent within your body and was created from and influenced by my education in Feminine Embodiment Coaching at the School of Embodied Arts.

It is a very gentle movement practice that has been described as similar to a moving meditation. It’s designed to bring more sensitivity and feeling capacity into your body so that you can release the stored stress and tension that does not support you and expand your capacity for joy and pleasure.

The practice itself is recommended to be done for 20-40 minutes as often as you’d like, in any environment you feel safe to move and express.
